Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Every US order ships flat rate for $9.95 by USPS Priority and arrives in 2 to 3 business days.

We do not currently ship outside the US.

Returns

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return it for a full refund. The bag should be unused, with any tags still attached. Email [email protected] with your order number and we will send a prepaid return label. Refunds are made by bank transfer to the account you paid from, within five business days of the bag reaching us.

Exchanges

We do not run a separate exchange process. Return the piece you have and place a new order for the one you want; we will refund the first as soon as it arrives.

Damaged on arrival

If a package arrives damaged, photograph the box and the bag before you do anything else and send the photos to [email protected]. We will send a replacement straight away.
