Every US order ships flat rate for $9.95 by USPS Priority and arrives in 2 to 3 business days. The rate is shown at checkout before you confirm.

Not at the moment. We only ship to US addresses, including Alaska, Hawaii and military addresses.

Thirty days from delivery, for any reason. The bag should be unused and in the condition it arrived. Email [email protected] with your order number and we will send a return label and refund you once the bag is back.

The Daily Tote sleeve fits most 13 and 14-inch laptops. The Daypack sleeve fits up to a 16-inch laptop in a thin case. If you are unsure, send us the exact model and we will check the dimensions.

Water resistant, not waterproof. The coated nylon pieces will keep a laptop dry through a steady rain. The canvas totes will soak through if left out in a downpour. Waxed canvas sheds light rain and dries quickly.

Canvas totes: machine wash cold, hang dry. Nylon: hand wash cool, hang dry. Waxed canvas: damp cloth only. Full instructions are on the Materials and Care page.

Write to us with a photo and your order number. Buckles we post out free. Zipper failures inside a year of normal use are repaired or replaced at our cost.

By bank transfer against an emailed invoice. Place the order, and within one business day we email an invoice with the bank details; your order ships once the transfer has cleared. Card payment at checkout is coming and will be announced here. Payments are received by the company that operates this store, so the name on your statement can differ from the store name.
